This concept…
Regarding road safety… To date, “speed” is named, discussed by subject name, and therefore a drivers responsibility/awareness can be learned/known about its relevance…
… Yet, drivers are also responsible for their moving vehicle’s “mass” and “direction”.
Bad driving, in these areas, often within the speed limit, usually gets wrapped as careless or dangerous driving and not subject named.
As discussing subject area reasoning is known to hold strong influence (see About page)… not naming them is deficient.
It happens that the term “momentum” (no science or math needed) contains all three subject named components…
… being: “mass”, “speed” & “direction”.
As the safe management of all these three subject areas, in a moving vehicle, are a driver’s responsibility… then…
ALL THREE …
… should be enabled to be named by subject name… and therefore a drivers responsibility/awareness can be increased to all three subject areas.
ALL THREE …
… being: a moving vehicle’s “mass“, “speed” & “direction“.

Implementation
Implementation, is the turning of a concept into a tangible product, service, or change for beneficial measures of sorts.
Education, by implementation of the MomentumExists concept could enable added beneficial road safety measures.
In time, this may prompt involvement from the likes of governing bodies/agencies.
(The author of the MomentumExists concept project (here) has created/honed, the ideation & concept… but is not an implementation body.)
