Discussion Posters Introduction/Overview.
A batch of 6 road safety discussion posters have been conceived & designed as visual stimulus… revealing momentum ‘p’, as having three components… being mass, speed and direction. ALL three are relevant to road safety.
Momentum is the foundation… as it enables discussion on mass, speed and direction… (road safety is not just about speed).
Use them to discuss / argue / stimulate consideration.

The initial goals for this batch are:
1. To stimulate… Awareness to momentum and its presence on our roads.
2. To make use that momentum involves mass, speed and direction… all three, not just speed… are relevant to road safety.
3. To stimulate… Discussion and argument (debate) from road users, in response to seeing these images and being aware of the accompanying Bubble-Pic images and other explanations posts available.

ME01. Momentum is a quantity….. you have ‘none’ or you have ‘some’.
ME02. Momentum is obtained & lost….. you ‘dial it up’ and you ‘dial it down’.
ME03. Momentum is variable….. you change the mass and/or you change the velocity.
